Road freight transport – Ján Vrška Transport-Spedition
Carrier Ján Vrška Transport-Spedition, Nedašovce 92, 956 35 Nedašovce, Slovakia, ID No.: 33415943, issues these transport regulations pursuant to Section 4 of Act No. 56/2012 Coll. on road transport.
The transport regulations set out the rights, obligations and liability in the carriage of goods by road vehicles for third parties between the carrier and the persons involved in the transport. They form part of the carrier’s offer to conclude a contract of carriage and, once the contract is concluded, become part of the contractual rights and obligations of the parties.
Pursuant to Section 4(5) of Act No. 56/2012 Coll., the carrier is obliged to publish the transport regulations on its website. If no effective date is stated, the regulations take effect on the day of publication on the website.
